INFORMATION CLAUSE


According to art. 13(1) and (2) of the European Parliament and Council (EU) Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on physical persons protection with reference to processing personal data and on free transfer of such data and on abrogation of the Directive 95/46/EC (commonly known as GDPR) - "Regulation", I hereby inform that:


1. The administrator of your personal data is INCO Sp. z o.o. with its seat in Gliwice (44-100), ul. Gen. Andersa 2/4.


3. Your personal data will be processed in order to fulfil the legal duty imposed on the administrator based on art. 6 (1) let. c) of the Regulation, in order to determine rights, pay financial benefits, assert funds in virtue of unduly claimed benefits based on the Act of 11 February 2016 on the state assistance in children education.


4. With reference to data processing for purposes indicated in item 3, your personal data may be made available to other receivers or categories of receivers of personal data. Only the entities authorized based on the regulations of the law can be the receivers of your personal data.


5. Since receiving your personal data, it will be stored for the period given in the law - history documentation category, specified in the uniform factual list of files for commune and inter-commune bodies as well as offices serving such bodies and other associations, according to the Regulations of the Prime Minister of 18 January 2011 on clerical instructions, uniform factual list of files and instructions concerning organization and scope of actions of company archives. The storage period criteria are set based on classification and qualification of documentation within the uniform factual list of files.


6. You have the right to request the administrator to grant you access to your personal data as well as to edit it, delete or limit its processing, raise objections with reference to its processing.


7. You are entitled to initiate a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office should you find that the processing of your personal data infringes the Regulation.


8. Provision of personal data is mandatory and you are obliged to provide it. Failure to provide the personal data may result in refusal to implement the aforementioned objectives.
