INCO Architekci is an architectural design office operating within Górny Śląsk (Upper Silesia) and country-wide. We provide complex handling of any investment starting with finding a location as well as within the scope of developing architectonic and construction as well as final designs. The whole designing process is implemented using BIM technology.

We often support our clients during the decision making process related to purchase of an investment land, we develop multidisciplinary management concepts, prepare design documentation as well as carry out any formalities related to obtaining agreements, decisions, declarations that allow for starting a construction. Within the construction period, we provide author's supervision until the building utilization permission is obtained by an investor.
