This long-term project is a very good example of cooperation with an investor, starting with identifying a location, through designing up to implementing subsequent service objects - in this case - in automotive sector. The first designed and implemented object was the showroom and service centre for Skoda. It has been built when the Inter-city Road through Gliwice was at the stage of planning. As a result, after many years, the whole complex was constructed that became the largest complex of showrooms and service centres of VGP brand vehicles in the southern Poland. Being very well located and communicated, it represents one of the most resilient complexes of showrooms and service centres of VGP brand vehicles.

Location of the investment on industrial areas previously occupied for almost 70 years by industrial plants, in direct vicinity of the planned Inter-city Road, was not an easy task to implement, because, at the stage of planning the first object - showroom and service centre for Skoda, and then for VW, the Road existed only on paper. The difficulty consisted in locating the objects so that not to interrupt in the future designing and constructing the road. Matters related to connection of the investment area before, during and after the Road construction have been handled on regular basis and efficiently with appointed offices and institutions.

The functional array of the whole complex considered the investor and importer's guidelines, starting from the conceptual drafts. The complex is continuously being modified and developed. The whole set of objects is well immersed in the communication and spatial arrangement of the city.
