The program specified in the competition conditions was implemented within one facility in the form of one functional and spatial structure.

The functions of the theater and the green library have been consistently separated in terms of program, functionality and acoustics.

The main entrances for spectators are located in the foyer area and the covered entrance square.

Entrances for theater employees to the backstage area and theater administration are located on the west side.

A separate, independent entrance from the south (ground parking lot and marketplace) leads to a staircase and an elevator serving guest rooms.

The entrance to the underground garage is designed from the south (market side), and the exit to the entrance square is on the other side of the building.

The functional program of the theater, taking into account the room heights required by the program, is located on two utility levels. The ground floor level of the theater, as a loud one, includes the foyer with individual stages as well as the theater facilities and infrastructure. The administration and guest rooms are located on the second, quiet level in relation to the garden.

The functional diagram of the theater facilities was built around the decoration warehouse based on the peripheral communication system. This ensured a comfortable and close relationship between the backstage and the stage.

The "green library" program was designed on four utility levels, complemented by a terraced garden and a green educational program. Greenery in the form of a well-lit atrium was also introduced into the internal program of the library. A green curtain facade instead of blinds to the reading room, an internal green atrium, gardens on the terraces and a rooftop café make the designed library truly "green".
